Shipping & Returns Information
Please note, due to high levels of orders and shipping delays with An Post, please allow the following for orders:
Ireland - 7 days
Europe- 2 weeks
North America - 3 weeks
We offer UPS express which will guarantee Express Delivery.
We ship out goods on daily basis Monday - Friday, using An Post Express service or UPS Express. Both options are secure service provider offering track and trace service from door to door, all shipments are insured. Email with tracking info will be sent after your order has been despatched.
We regret that due to heavy customs restrictions we are currently unable to ship to Venezuela and Ukraine (Cremia and Sevastopol only)
Please note that if you live in a remote area, UPS express shipping will cost more. Customers will be contacted if this is the case.
Returns & Delivery Policy
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We handle each query on an individual basis and to the best of our ability. While we hope you are happy with your order, if you are not, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange, once we are happy with the condition of the returned product.
Should you decide you want to return an item (whether for a refund or exchange), please contact us on www.sweatershop.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
We will send an email issuing you with instructions for returning the purchase, and a contact name
Once you receive the email, please note it on your receipt with contact name and date of email and enclose the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring that the goods are in same condition as time of purchase with all tags in place
We can only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are received by us within 10 working days of the email sent to you
In such instances, the customer must cover the cost of the return of goods. For your own protection, we strongly recommend that you return the parcel using a reputable signed delivery service that insures you for the full value of the goods as we are unable to refund any goods lost or damaged in transit. The parcel remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. We also recommend that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
With exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which may be required
We have the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the goods are returned in a condition whereby they are not saleable or they are damaged.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on www.sweatershop.com . However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate
Returning Goods from Non-EU Countries
Returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties, or shipping charges incurred. With exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your return package and any additional payment which may be required.
If you have received an item from www.sweatershop.com as a gift, you can exchange it for another item of the same value or more provided you pay the cost difference and the additional shipping, taxes, and import duties, and any additional charges which may incur as a result of exchange. The gift receipt should be included with the returned item, Goods should have all original tags attached and be in a resalable condition.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
